Separation reguarding bills

My husband purchased a computer for my birthday and a washer and dryer. Both bills are in his name. When we separated he gave them to me and is now trying to send the bills to me to pay while still in his name or he will have them repossessed. Can he do this?

No, he cannot if in fact he gave these items to you as gifts.
