Show cause
I was served with a Show Cause for failure to honor visitation. (That was a lie) In any regards, my child's father signed the notarized affidavit that accompanied it, but it is not his signature (handwriting) on the motion to show cause. Can I move to have it dismissed as a result of his forged signature?

Sure, you could file a motion for dismissal based upon this allegation, but it would be unlikely to be granted.
