Signing divorce papers
My soon to be ex-husband tells me that he will not sign any divorce papers unless I sign over the house to him. Can he get away with this? The grounds for divorce are one-year separation bcuz of children. Also, since the separation we live together in separate rooms, however he is dating and stays out late at night slleeping around. What can be done about this? He is committing adultery and we are not even divorce.
