Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my sister in law wants to leave to come back to virginia where her family is because her husband wants her out and a divorce he's mentaly abusing her how do we legally go about being able to get her kids and her out of there and back to virginia they live in texas so please helpi dont know who we need to go to for this

If there's a Texas court order that would be involved in this matter,

then the mother must fully comply with the order (including giving

the Texas court as well as the father any advance notice of her intent to

leave with the children that may be required).

However, if there is no such order, then there should be no legal impediment

to her leaving Texas with the children anytime she pleases.
