Temporary Custody
I have a 7 year old son that my ex-wife is trying to alienate from me constantly. I recently have found out that my wife is involved in drugs and alcohol, leaving my son at home alone by himself to gratify her boyfriend. What can I do to get some sort of quick custody? My son and I need help badly!

If you can prove the drug use and leaving a 7 year old alone, that should be enough to get emergency custody; the venue would be where the ex and child live.
