Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Is there Virginia case law putting aside a Consent Order that says events of termination of spousal support shall not include cohabitation of payee by reason of payee's cohabitation?

Is there any benefit to establishing payee cohabitation after entry of a Consent Order that says events of termination of spousal support shall not include cohabitation of payee?

kind of condition should not be enforceable since such cohabitation
