Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife secured a Protective Order on me under false pretences and now I cant see or contact my children, is there anything I can legally do to see my boys? I have appealed the PO but dont have court until November. I have a custody court date for the middle of next month. Im am in Virginia.

No, you will most likely have to wait until at least the custody hearing date

next month, and, possibly, until your appeal hearing in November.
