Wills & Bank accounts with POD's

If a bank account or CD has been set up with a suvivorship clause (POD) for one Son by Mother, and yet Mother's Will states her estate should go to both Son's equally upon her death, which would prevail: the arrangement of POD at the bank on the accounts or the Will?

The POD bank account would likely not be considered as part of the estate assets and would be paid according to the survivorship clause on the account.
