Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia

In March, I asked and was approved to take a week of vacation in July; however, I got sick and was out on FMLA and had to use most of my vacation time. Can my employer refuse to let me take part of my vacation without pay?

Very likely, yes, your employer can unless you're working

under a valid contract of employment or collective

bargaining type of agreement which says otherwise.
