alianation of affection
I have been having an affair with a married man for 3 years now. His wife has threatened to sue me for alianation of affection since they have not been intimate for 2 years. Can this be done and what are her chances of winning a case? Is this a common practice?

No, not even in Virginia, these days. A gentleman from Northern Virginia won a jury award just a few years ago for just this kind of alleged
alienation.
The jury verdict and award were quickly overturned either on appeal or by the trial judge himself after considering the defense's motion
to strike.
