Is it possible for a defendant to file a motion to dismiss for personal jurisdiction and a motion for summary judgment simultaneously?

No, the two motions are governed by different rules of civil procedure and/or practice and that the motion to dismiss normally precedes that for summary judgment, since if the former is dispositive of the case, then there

is obviously no need for the latter.
