I EED HELP FOR a dEFIMATION OF CHARACTER SUIT

MY son has a guardian at litem and the guardian at litem contacted the agency in which I work and told them that I was a lesbian that was married to a woman and gave them all sorts of informatiom about my son ad other people when she did not have written consent. the foster care agency was very disorientd about the fact that she was a lawyer and that she gave up all of that personal information about my family specifically names and everything in a vendictive manner.

Defamation suits are difficult to win anywhere but, particularly, in a conservative jurisdiction like the Commonwealth of Virginia.
