When I left my ex we split up the bills. he agreed to pay for the thngs he wanted to keep. We wrote up an agreement and had it notarized. I left him in July and he hasn't paid for anything. He has been promising me that he would start paying me about $250 a month until it was paid off. He has know changed his number and wont respond to my emails. It is a total of about $3500. I have been stuggling to make sure everything has been paid knowing that in Jan he was going to start helping but now i am tired of waiting. What can I do?

Re: ex fiance

Send him a written demand notice for the promised payment by a date certain. Then, if no such payment is forthcoming, sue him in small claims court.
