Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Trying to file a complaint for a Motor Vehicle Tort, to extend the statute of limitations, because no lawyer will take the case, since it runs out on 6/17 (Thursday). I have form CC-1416, but am unsure what else needs to be included, and in what format.

dont know what form CC-1416 is (assume it is a form for general district court) You need to be certain you name the right defendants, give date and location of accident, allege the defendant was negligent and as a result you were injured and sustained property damage. Must state amount you are seeking (should be a number higher than your bottom line)
