File a motion for new evidence after trail

I Just had a judge bench trail in the federal district court alexandria virginia. I am defendant. I am waiting for judge's rulling. After trail, I discoverd a very crutail evidance that can abselutly prove my innecense and the pantiff's pergery testmoty on the court. what i should do to file a motion to submmit that evidance and reopen that case or have a hearing about that evidance.

The discovery of new evidence which could not have been discovered with due diligence is grounds for asking for a new trial. If you are going to plead your own case, I advise you to be more careful with your spelling.
