Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Harrassment from an individual on probation

I am being harrassed personally and company wide from a former employee that is a convicted felon and on probation. I would like to know what to do to stop him/her from the harrassment and what, if anything will be done to him/her because of the probation status.

Re: Harrassment from an individual on probation

If the harassment qualifies as stalking that's a crime which could be reported to and prosecuted by the commonwealth's attorney.

You might also consider contacting this person's

probation officer in order to make her/him aware of the situation as the harassment very likely violates one or more conditions of the person's probation.
