My husband borrowed money from someone and the person is now threatening to have a lein put on our car. The car is in my name. My husband's name appears no where on the car. Since we're married, can this man leagally have a lein put against my car?

No, he cannot (unless you personally guaranteed payment of this loan

and he has obtained a valid judgment against you for the debt in a court of law).
