Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Land Use

My parents are being taking to court for having junk on there property. They were originally told by the county of albemarle they were grandfathered. Since a fire in 2005 and a neighbor complaing, the county has changed there mind. We have been cleaning up the property for the last 2 years but the neighbor didn't think is was fast enough so she complained to the board of supervisors and every other person who would listen. Do we have a suit against the county or the neighbor. This has been a big news in my area and lot of lies have been told.

Re: Land Use

Your parents will need to retain an attorney familar with zoning and land use laws in Albemarle County to represent them in this matter and in in order to have any chance of prevailing against the board of supervisors.
