Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I lent a former co-worker money to keep their home out of foreclosure. The amount of money was rather large $48,000.00. I have yet to recieve a cent back and was wondering what my legal options were and how I can go about getting my money back. This was in Aug 2007. I was suppose to be payed back in or start to be paid back in Oct 07.
