On November 13th, My former landlord sued me for 2780.00, I was unable to attend behind be gravely ill, I had asked for a contiuince, and it wasn't given, I then filed a appeal, Based on I broke agreement after landlord harrassed me, my employeer, failed to make repairs or move her belongings out of unit. Anyway, my appeal wasn't given either, Now I was just served with a garneshment for the amount of 3586.80, also she never put my deposit in the amount of 1190.00, what course of action do i have now to take
