Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Obtaining Monies Owed from a 401K

I have a warrant in debt and a garnishment against someone who has been out on medical leave for five months. Due to the medical leave, no money has been collected towards the garnishment. The employer cannot reach this person by phone or mail & is therefore on the verge of terminating the employment. I know that person has a 401K savings through work. Is there any way I can legally obtain my money from the 401K?
