Under what conditions can a surviving spouse have a pre-nup agreement changed to his/her advantage?

If you mean by surviving spouse that the other party to the prenuptial agreement is now dead, then the answer must be that there are no such conditions under which this agreement could now be changed for whatever reason and no matter to whose advantage.
