Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

received a bill of particulars with only part information. Credit card statements from2006, Last payment was supposedly made in 2007 with no documentation showing a payment. How do I respond to this in my answer

Best get a lawyer to help. You may be able to avoid the lawsuit if the 5 year statute of limitations has run; they may have filed too late to recover anything.
