But im confused on which form to fill out. Last year when I filed the petition I was a dependent under my parents taxes. This year I filed for myself. I only made around $6,000 So I don't have enough to support my husband so which form do I use. I still live with my parents and they still provide for me I just filed taxes separately this year. But my parents make enough. And my parents filed jointly also.. if that makes a difference... PLEASE HELP !! Also for my package can you please let me know what i should send as proof so i dont leave anything and it delay my case!!

You need to complete Form I-864, as the petitioner, even if you don't earn enough money to meet the poverty guidelines. You will also need a "co-sponsor" for the Affidavit of Support, as well. If your father earns enough to meet the poverty guidelines, including all dependents & your spouse, then he can be the co-sponsor. He will need to complete the I-864, as well. You can obtain more information at www.uscis.gov/i-864.

Good luck!
