Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

h1b revoked by DHS

hi

I recently went for h1b stamping at Bahamas, and was told that my h1b which was approved in nov 2007,was revoked by homeland security. I am sure that my employer hasn't revoked it and i am still with the same employer. I even called USCIS and they confirmed that it was not revoked..

how to proceed on this now?

what would be the reason for DHS to revoke this h1b petiiton. I have seen a similar question on this site which was posted on Feb 6th. My email id is vasuat at the rate of gmaildotcom. Please contact me so that we can figure out more about this case.

Again my id is vasuat at the rate of gmaildotcommm

Thanks!!

Re: h1b revoked by DHS

In my view you should recontact the USCIS district office which you last spoke with in order to determine their recommendation as to what you should now do, such as, perhaps, appearing for another visa stamping exercise at some other venue which may (hopefully)have the correct information as to your correct H1B status.
