i came to us in 1995 with B1visa and i overstay in us and i get married in 1997 and i apply in immigration for my work parmit but in immigration office they lost my file and again i apply in dec 1999 and i get my work parmit in 2000 and in 2001 i have interview but i dit notgo and after some time they diniet my case and i reopen my case whit in 6 month but i did not geting my work parmit and 2003 i get my work parmit and after that i spponserd by a resturant and in 2007 i give divorsed now i have interview in 2008 so dit i have any problem pls tell me
