i have problem in my case that i came to usa in 1997 and i married with citizen girl in 2001 and after that i aplly for a parmision to go india and i went like 2 time india but now i spponserd by a returant and ihave my interview in dec 2007 from resturant but my x layer he told me that i have problem to get a greencard because i went to india and thats againt the law thats true pls tell me thanks

I need to review your file. It seems like that you may have lost your 245 (i) protection as you have gone outside the US.
