Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

My husband is a legal permanet resindent from Wales in thed Uk. We have been married for 9 years. He got into some trouble in Jan 2010 and was found quilty of a drug charge from a set up by the sherffs dept in Faquaier County so now he is serving his time which is 2 years probation and community service. Immigration "ICE" 2 weeks ago there was a sting setup and he was arrested for his charge and being held in Rappahannock Regional Jail and might be deported unless he can find a free lawyer to help him. I'm on disabitly and of course he has lost his job. Where can we find some one who will represent him his case goes again before the video judge on April 22nd he has been following all the rules and has learned his lesson I don't want him to be deported because of me being disabled and helping with my parents of 86 years I need him here to help take care of us there is no one else. Thanking in advance

Amy Jones

my husbands name is

Stephen Hugh Jones
