Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Locked up with ICE Detainer
My fianc got is being held in jail for
malicious wounding. My fianc is
innocent and the so called victim has
not showed up for trial. A a subpeona
is being issued in the meantime my
iance has a ICE Detainer. He has been
deported before. Is there anything I
can do?

No, except, perhaps, hire an attorney for him who knows something about deportation defense.
