Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

I want to marry and bring a woman from the Philippines to the U.S. What is the procedure and the best way to do so without spending a lot of money and not risking having things go wrong?

Probably, the K-1 fiance visa for which you would file petition

form I-129F in behalf of your fiance with the district office of USCIS which serves your particular area of the United States.

Then once she arrives, you would have 90 days to marry and

you would then file to adjust her status to lawful

permanent resident of this country.
