Witholding of Final Check
I 've had to leave my employer because of a lot of unethical practices, i obtained my green card a while back from this employer but for some reason he has refused to pay me for my last month with him.. what are my options at this point ?

You could sue this former employer in a Virginia small claims court for the amount of your unpaid wages up to $5000 for the cost of the $40 filing
fee and your time involved in preparing and presenting your case.
