Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia

Child Support

My wife and I are newly seperated and negotiating a settlement agreeement. We have joint physical and residential custody. I have agreed to pay $1300/mo for child support. HOW SHOULD CLOTHING, SPORTS FEES, OUT OF POCKET MEDICAL, AND OTHER MISC. COSTS BE HANDLES. SHOULD I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THESE ITEMS OR IS THIS INCLUDED IN THE $1300/MO

Re: Child Support

Day care, health and dental insurance

premiums, and out of pocket expenses incurred for related care, are normally separate items for which the non-custodial parent usually has most of the responsiblity.

However, clothing expenses, sports fees, and the like would normally be considered as defrayed under the monthly child support payment.
