Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
Are employer required to give any notice if they are going to cancel your health insurance due to not having enough hours, and if so, how much notice is required?

I would doubt that any such notice would be required
unless you were working under the provisions of an
employment contract which mandated it(my opinion)
