Health Insurance in WorkForce

My Husband's Employer made a statement about Health Insurance Rates were going up then the following week(Last Thursday) all Employee's were FORCED to sign up to a NEW Health Insurance Plan without Proper Notification and are Locked in for 1 year and was told it was due to Tax Reasons and I had been seeing My Dr. for tests and I need Surgery and Now I must go Out of my Local Area for the Use of Dr's and Facilities that are completely out of my way. DO I have a Case here?

Probably not, since most Virginia employers are not required to provide either their employees nor their dependents with health insurance coverage unless such is guaranteed under the terms of an enforceable contract.
