What is a material misrepresentation

As of now I have a case against An insurance company and they are not providing coverage because they claim there where material misrepresentations on the application I have no attorney because I cannot afford one so I do all the homework myself the only evidence that I have is the insurance application with the time and date way before the accident I dismissed our civil case because a declaratory judgement was filed in circut court I really need some legal advice on the statement material misrepresentations. please help..

What you need is a lawyer. If you can't afford one, contact legal aid. These matters are case-specific, and no one can give you advice over the internet as to what may or may not be a material misrepresentation in your case. If there is enough at issue, perhaps a lawyer may take the case on a contingent fee or partial contingent fee.
