corprate theft ?

i am an american citizen i grew a tobacco crop in zimbabwe africa it was stolen by liberation war veterans and sold to large us and other based tobacco merchants . i have amassed supporting documents including sales sheets, photgraphic and video, affridavits from workers documenting the horrific path leading to this theft including rape of 14 yr old girl violent beatings woman fractured scull. the law here in zimbabwe has crumbled and would not be in my best interests to persue here for personal safty . do i have a case in the us

If you can prove it was bought by the US Companies with knowledge that it was stolen, you would probably have a cause of action against them. We would be interested in considering such a case if you have sufficient evidence of their knowledge. Please feel free to contact me regarding this matter.
