Right to appeal disciplinary action

What legal rights of retaliation do I have as a member of management if I have been given disciplinary action wrongfully and I can prove it

Whatever rights you have to contest(not retaliate against) an adverse management decision, assuming you are not working under a contract or collective bargaining agreement, should be spelled put in your company's employee handbook. If not, then you, probably, have no recourse at all.
