Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Hello. December of 2009 I was working for a company called K&D they do in home health care. I was called and asked to take care of a client on an emergency basis. after 2 days of being with my client and finding out that she had no where to live I offered to open up my home for her to live, and she agreed that she would like that. I took her to Social Service to speak to the Adult protective service person that was handling her case and she asked the client was this something that she wanted and she said yes. I then took her to the Social Security office because my client wanted to change the name of the person that was receiving her check and that matter was take care of.

My client put my name on there and my address. on the following monday the 21st the company that I worked for called and said they did not need me any more, that she was being placed in a group home which I had already known.

Now they are not trying to pay me for the 19th and the 20th of December and I have no way to change my time sheet, since they have said that I can not have any contact with this client.

What can I do from here

Sue the SOB's in your local small claims court for what you believe you're owed for the two days plus the costs of filing your case.
