Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
My employer, in Virginia, had me give a urine sample for a drug screen. They gave me a copy of the results, and it turns out that they did a General Toxicology (sensitive) test, not a 5, 9, or 12 panel drug screen. This test revealed my antidepressants, anti anxiety, and migraine medications. Is that legal?
