Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Just found out an employee at my job is make a considerable amount more than me for the same job. I have a college degree and 15yrs experience. He has 5 more yrs experience and no degree. What are my options. This is a 30k-40k discrepancy in pay. Not a small amount at all
