Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I am having an issue from my employer. Verbal abuse, threats of being fired, taking time off my time sheet for working during lunch time when there is not such time for lunch. Not paying employees for time worked and shuting off the lights and air during working hours.

Unless these various issues are addressed in an enforceable contract of

employment offering you some degree of protection as an employee,

I believe that you are likely without a remedy.
