Paycheck

I quit a job on April 25 and still have not received my last two paychecks as of May 22. How long by law does a company have to get my paychecks to me as I did work the required amount of hours and am due the money owed.

Why worry about legal labor law technicalities if you haven't been paid(and apparently will not be paid anytime soon.) Just file your case in small claims court for about $40 and you can be reasonably assured that you'll be given your last two checks once your former employer is served with the papers.
