Payment of earned vacation time
In the state of Va. if you have earned vacation time and are terminated is the employer required to pay you for unused vacation time. I'm talking about earned vacation not accrued vacation.

No. Virginia employers are under no obligation to provide their employees with paid vacation time unless such is guaranteed under a contract of employment or collective bargaining type of agreement.
