If you are a salary employee in the state of virginia , and you work m-f , and every other sat. if you miss a day, or even a couple of hours from work do yousuppose to still get paid the same,

Would seem to depend upon what your contract with your

employer may gave to say about this issue (if anything).

However, if you have no such contract or it fails to

address this issue, then the answer is likely that your pay

is docked by your employer for whatever time you miss.
