seperation papers from employment

I f I sign a legal employer seperation paper and it has information pertaining to my boyfriend in it and I am the only one who has to sign it. Is it legally binding to him also even though it does not require his signature

Re: seperation papers from employment

I'm not sure what you're referring to in your reference to a "legal employer seperation [sic]

paper" but assume it's some type of termination of your employment agreement with your employer, and why such an agreement would contain references to your boyfriend is, of course, another puzzlement. However, without making further inquiry on that particular issue, I think it's safe to say, even without perusing this document, that if your boyfriend is not a signatory to the agreement, then it's extremely unlikely that he would be legally obligated by it.
