Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I was threatened with bodily harm from an employee that has showed me a gun in his bag. he became very irate and stormed into the job trailer where my office is and threatened me and I happened to have my supervisor on the phone at which time placed the phone on speaker and the conversation was heard by the supervisor. It has been very disturbing and I thought that I might lose my life. My employer has done nothing about this that I know of. What might I expect the employer to do

Probably nothing at all unless you report this incident to the local cops and they are able
to charge this co-worker with a crime.
