Timesheets
Legally, the employee is the one who is supposed to fill out and sign their own timesheet correct? Even if they are on short-term disability, they are still an employee right? So no one else is supposed to fill out and sign their timesheet correct?

I would think that such matters are quite likely up to the individual employer.
