Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

Apt

We agreed and signed a lease with the landlord for apt X and signed it with $X amount monthly. When we moved in, the apartment was not the agreed upon upgrade and upcharge. What do i do? Moving costs were 1200 to get here but this apt is not even close to the level of worth as the agreed upon unit and we want to get out! We're too broke to pay for moving costs again and the landlord is avoiding us.

Re: Apt

The legal issue(s) would seem to involve this alleged "upgrade" and the failure of the landlord to carry it out as part of the your lease agreement, and, consequently, whether this failure

could provably constitute a material violation of your lease agreeemnt.

Without further relevant facts regarding this situation, I do not believe it is possible to say one way or the other in any credible manner.
