How many days?

The woman I was about to marry moved out fours days ago. She paid nothing (rent/bills/utilities) while living here for 13 months. She has left behind many boxes of pictures, books, tables etc. of which she expects me to store in my house until she gets an apartment. How many days legally do I have to keep these items before I can get rid of them? She has done this two other times and just leaves these items here for months and they are very much in my way.

90 days sounds about right. Send her a certified letter(return receipt requested)informing her that she has that period of time to pick her property up, after which you will dispose of the

items as you see fit.
