my ex-girl friend moved out of my house over 2 months ago, how long do i have to wait until i dispose of any personal property that she left behind? she has been told twice to remove her property.

Send her written notice to come and pick her property up by a date certain (30-60 days) or you'll dispose of it in the manner you see fit. Keep a copy of this notice for your record in case she later sues you.
